Assess Your Wellness & Vitality

Vitality, like happiness, is difficult to measure objectively and yet it is something we all recognize within ourselves. To help you assess your own personal level of health and vibrancy take a look at the 'Wellness Wheel' by clicking on the link below.

Whatever level of wellness you have right now, it is likely that you can make some improvements to be even stronger.

How well are you ?

Did you get 10 out of 10 ?

Well if you did, congratulations and whatever you are doing, keep doing it!

Usually though, there is room for improvement in some aspect of our lives, that will bring us even greater health, vitality and zest for life.

If your ‘Wheel’ turned out to be rather more ‘bumpy’ than you would like, then consider for a moment what the outcome would be for you, if you were to raise your score by just one point in each section where you scored less than 10.

Are you willing to be even healthier,
happier and more vibrant?

If the answer is no, then be honest about that, it may be that you are too comfortable as you are to be willing to change.

If your answer is yes, then what would be the single most important thing you could do today, to begin to improve your wellbeing?

Perhaps it’s something you need to start doing, such as taking more exercise, or something you need to stop doing such as eating unhealthy foods, or letting yourself be drained by confusion or sadness.

Whatever that most important step is, go and get yourself a pen and paper and write down your commitment to change. Making a commitment to yourself to take action is one of the most important things you can do.
