Bespoke recordings are the ideal way to enjoy the benefits of hypnosis without leaving home.

This option is ideal if you would like help with:

Goal achievement

Boosting Confidence and Self esteem

Weight loss or becoming a Non Smoker

Enhancing recovery from illness or preparation for surgery

Pain control (with the approval of your medical practitioner)

Releasing fears and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

Please note this option is not suitable if you are in need of ongoing therapy. If this is the case visit the website of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis to find a local hypnotherapist who will be able to help you.

How does it work?

Once you have made your booking, we will schedule a half hour telephone consultation, so that I can be clear about the specific details of what you would like to achieve as well as what may have been stopping you so far.

Having the chance to ask questions and listen to your answers will also guide me in selecting the most appropriate hypnotic language patterns to help you achieve your goal.

You can chose from either a single 45-50 minute track or two shorter 20-25 minute tracks.

Your recording will be made available in MP3 format and delivered via email attachment as soon as it is ready and your CD will be sent out to you via first class post.

I’ll also send you a feedback form so that if you wish you can let me know how you are getting on, though your comments and suggestions will be welcome at any time.

What does it cost?
