EFT-Coaching
EFT-Coaching offers you the choice of two highly successful techniques to help bring about helpful changes in you life.
Although both
EFT
and
Coaching
stand alone as techniques, I find that many clients like to combine them over a number of sessions for optimum results.
Have a look at my tops tips for getting the most out of your EFT-Coaching consultations below or if have any questions
ask for a call-back and I’ll be in touch.
Here are my top tips to help you get the very best from your EFT-coaching sessions by phone or webcam.
1. Choose somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed
Aim to pick a time when you won't be interrupted and if you can, make sure that any other phones in the house are set to silent or answer-phone and let other family members know that you don’t want to be disturbed for a while.
2. Keep a pen and paper handy
Some people like to make a note of key tapping phrases that come up in the session, or any personal insights that you want to be sure to remember, so it’s helpful to have a pen and paper to hand in case you would find this useful.
3. Clarify the issues you would like to work on.
Here are a few questions you might like to consider to help clarify the issues we will work on.
What is it that I am really afraid of (or angry, sad, confused, upset, or any other strong emotion that is making you unhappy). Be as specific as you can in your answer.
When did these feelings start, go right back to the beginning if you can.
What makes you or these feelings seem better or worse?
What new choices would you like to make, again be as specific as you can about any possible solutions.
Notice if you are sabotaging your success in any way. For example you may have an inner dialogue that says:
“ I’ll never be free of . . . .” or “ this will never work for me”
Make a note of any unhelpful self talk and bring it with you to your session, it will be really helpful.
4. Center yourself
It’s often helpful to spend a minute or two to quietly center yourself and review what exactly it is that you most want to achieve during our session together.
5. Create a well formed outcome.
Ask yourself “How will I know that this session has been really good value today, what specifically needs to happen”?
It’s helpful to have this in mind at the beginning of the call as it’s usually our starting point.
After all I want you get the best possible value from our time together and you will want to see measurable results too.
So ask yourself, how will I know if this session has been worth while today?
6. Home-Work
If you are willing to do a little practice on your own at home in between session, then it’s likely you will notice improvements even more quickly.
Be sure to ask me for some ‘home-work’ suggestions before the end of the session.
If you can set aside a few minutes each day, to continue to work with EFT or coaching goals. Make a note of how you get on and bring these notes with you to your next session, so that we can make good use of them in our session together.
