Unlike counseling, coaching is not about de-constructing a problems in your life, but rather about constructing solutions. It is a highly solution focused process with far more emphasis on where you want to ‘go to’ than on where you have ‘come from’.
After all, making improvements in your overall wellbeing takes time and energy and it can be really helpful to work alongside someone supportive and totally on your side whilst you create the enthusiasm and motivation needed to raise your level of vitality, achieve your goals or find a new balance in your life.

What is involved ?
In general working with a Coach tends to be an ongoing relationship within a time frame anywhere from a month to a year or until new goals or levels of wellbeing are established. It is a relationship that offers unconditional support, via either face to face meetings or more usually via pre-arranged weekly telephone calls, which can of course take place anywhere in the world.
Sessions are available as a stand alone service or in conjunction with other vitality tools.
Individual sessions are available either face to face, by phone, Skype or via Skype Webcam.
